NY Times, says, "The man, Mohammed Wali Zazi, 55, the father of a Denver airport shuttle-bus driver arrested last year on terrorism charges, will be released on a $50,000 bond secured by $20,000 cash, prosecutors said." T

The going rate?  50k secured by 20k in cash. This is not just a disgrace, its straight bullshite. It is truly a WTF moment. In Joseph Hussein Biden's and Barack Hussein Obama's America, the government cannot connect the dots, but they sure can protect the rights of murderers and murderer wannabes. Add Daddy Zazi to the list of thugs who seek to kill Americans in the name of Allah--names like Abdulmutallab, Mujahaid Muhammed and Maj Hasan. Now to that list add Daddy Zazi. Compare this move to the Paki move in which the 5 American wannabe AQs were denied bail, by a judge in a pro jihadi country. So let me understand this the Pakistani courts are tougher on Jihadis than our own. You ask, who is the Judicial Tool responsible for this move? The judge in the case, Magistrate Steven M. Gold, forbade Mr. Zazi from having contact with four people, one of whom was identified in court as his son.

Democratic lawmakers from New York and elsewhere are voicing new and louder opposition to the Obama administration's plan for civilian trials in Manhattan of self-professed 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and four other accused terrorists.

Rep. Michael McMahon (D-N.Y.) said Thursday that he’s cosponsoring a House bill with House Homeland Security ranking member Peter King (R-N.Y.) to stop the Justice Department from funding security for the trial, which is expected to cost hundreds of millions of dollars a year.
